It
all began in 2004. Scott Lehner was already in the construction business
, but felt that the next logical step was to partner with longtime friend Jason
Ronk and begin building the entire home, and to do it with perfection in mind.
You
might think there’s not a lot to say about building traditional single family
homes. A house is a house right? The answer is a qualified “Not
exactly”. While one home in an area may look similar to the neighboring
homes, the difference is in the details. “For the value we give, we truly
charge quite a bit less than our competitors;” says Lehner, “It’s all about our
desire to be the best and to over-deliver to our clients.”
Ronk
agrees and says over-delivering truly resonates with clients: “One of the best
parts about homebuilding is you start with a client, but since the process
takes a while you get to know one another and end up with a friend. There
aren’t many businesses that work as closely with their clients on something
that is so personal.”
