Founded in 1976, Leewood Homes is a
family-owned business led by the father-and-son team of Joe and Rod Lee.
Both were born and raised in Kansas. Rod’s wife, Cheri, is also
personally involved with each project from start to finish. While Cheri
works with clients through planning stages, Rod can be found on the job
site once construction begins, performing walk-throughs and working in
ensure quality control. Joe, Rod, and Cheri strive to keep open
communication with their customers, and welcome suggestions or changes
that will bring personality to a home.
Distinctive Leewood Homes cater to a
wide variety of lifestyles, from growing families and executives to
active adults. While we offer a portfolio of innovative plans to choose
from, the majority of our projects are custom-designed homes priced from
$150,000 to over $1 million. Leewood retains a draftsman who can create
unique blueprints for each client, and interior design consultation is
also available at the customer’s request. As a developer, Leewood Homes
has created a variety of exclusive communities featuring garden homes,
town homes and single-family residences.

Area Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders,

one-year builder’s warranty and an optional RWC Warranty program. Our
